About this drink
A fragrant, lightly bitter spritz built for slower drinking. Rhubarb gives it a tart centre while rose vermouth keeps the finish grown-up rather than floral-sweet.

Rhubarb cordial, rosé or rose vermouth, sparkling wine, soda. Recipe, brands and ABV to be confirmed.
